There is a common simplification around the concept of being Open-minded:

Being Open-minded is not just saying

“I’m ok with people doing/liking/enjoying/etc…..”

On top of that, being Open-minded means being able to understand the thought process behind an opinion, even is that is directly contradictory to yours. Open-mindedness is more about understanding WHY.

Let’s say you think a certain issue generates a huge problem. Somebody explains to you that they consider that the pros are better than the cons. You being able to shift your point of view and understand WHY somebody thinks like that is what determines how open-minded you are.

Believe me, it’s of great importance to become elastic enough to actually do this, as this is the actual challenge of being open-minded.

Bullet Journaling

Hello blog. I’ve decided to start posting here more often, so this is my first attempt. Whish me luck. This is my “bullet journal” for this year, which I decided to do in my own way 😛 because the actual method didn’t seem it would work with me (due to all the time it takes to actually set it up every week/month), but neither have normal store-bought agendas. So my solution was to grab an unused agenda (week at a glance style) and start adding the useful BuJo method - year log, month log. I’m doing all the month logs now, given that I’m on my summer holidays (yay, southern hemisphere!) and have the time. Then, all that there’ll be left is to paste those at the begging of each month 😀.

Now, I wrote most of the stuff in my native language cause I did not want everything written in English (it felt a bit disrespectful to my mother language, you know😂). I actually like how it turned out! Plus, I’m somehow contributing to more bullet journal content in Spanish… regardless of the quality of that content and the reach it might have🙈.
